How long does a computer repair take?
Most repairs are completed same-day or next-day. More complex jobs like data recovery from a failed drive may take 2–3 days. We always give you a realistic time estimate before starting any work so you know what to expect.
Do you offer remote computer support?
Yes! Many software issues, virus removals, and PC optimizations can be handled completely remotely. We use secure remote access tools and guide you through the setup — no technical knowledge needed on your end.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
Do you repair both desktops and laptops?
Yes — we service desktops, laptops, and custom-built gaming PCs of all brands and configurations. Whether it is a Windows machine from 2010 or a brand new gaming rig, we can help.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
We provide a free initial assessment of your problem and clearly explain the issue and what it will take to fix it before any work begins. Contact us to discuss your specific situation and we will walk you through what to expect.
Do you come to my home or business?
We operate from our Cincinnati location by appointment. For certain services, on-site visits can be arranged — contact us to discuss what works best for your situation. Many software-based issues can also be handled remotely, saving you the trip entirely.
What cities do you serve?
We serve all of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Mason, Norwood, Sharonville, Springdale, Westwood, White Oak, Covington, Florence, Newport, Erlanger, and many more. See our full Service Areas page for the complete list.
Can you recover data from a computer that will not turn on?
Often yes — even from machines that will not power on at all. The success of data recovery depends on the condition of the storage drive. We will assess your drive and tell you honestly what is recoverable before you decide whether to proceed.
Do you work on Macs?
Our primary expertise is Windows PCs and laptops. Contact us and describe your Mac issue — we are happy to advise on whether we can help or point you in the right direction.
Is my data safe while you have my computer?
Absolutely. We treat your data with the utmost care and confidentiality. We never access your personal files beyond what is necessary to diagnose or fix the problem. We strongly recommend backing up important data before any repair — and we can help you set up automatic backups so you are protected going forward.
